如果你使用的是 win xp：

窗口左下角有一个开始菜单.然后选择 运行(R).输入 CMD.
在弹出的DOS窗口中运行以下命令: ping 218.28.104.66

执行结果大致如下：

Pinging 218.28.104.66 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 125.91.12.71: bytes=32 time=36ms TTL=118
Reply from 125.91.12.71: bytes=32 time=36ms TTL=118
Reply from 125.91.12.71: bytes=32 time=37ms TTL=118
Reply from 125.91.12.71: bytes=32 time=36ms TTL=118
Ping statistics for 218.28.104.66:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 36ms, Maximum = 37ms, Average = 36ms

复制代码

然后你把这一段复制粘贴到这里既可.

如何复制粘贴？
在dos窗口上点击右键,选择标记(K),然后,鼠标左健在窗口拉选需要复制的内容,完毕后,在dos随便右击一下鼠标即可！

顺便说一下你的带宽类型,比如:
沈阳网通 2M ADSL
东大教育网 10M 共享小区宽带
等等等等.

等我把服务器在配置下
可能是禁止ping了
